Photography, at first glance, seems to be about taking a good picture.
Simple enough, right?
On a deeper level, my duty as a photographer
is to listen, interpret and provide the image that YOU want.
In order to do this correctly, I need to be a good listener,
be aware of my surroundings and use my creative eye
in both the design and capture stage.
My best shots occur when I apply years of training
to chase an internal vision of what I want the finished product to look like. |

We asked Mark to photograph our International Champion Dogs;
the dogs we live with everyday to capture the personality that most people don't get to see.
He was very accommodating and did an excellent job.
These are by far the best pictures of our babies.
We love the action shots and STRONGLY RECOMMEND Northern Colorado Photography.
We also did a few with some of the awards won by our dogs and are so pleased with the quality.

I’m so glad we ran into you at the flyball tournament,
where you took photos of our twelve-week old Australian Shepherd puppy, Giacomo.
You really captured his juvenile impishness,
as well as other more serious aspects of him where he looks like he has the wisdom of the ages in his eyes.
It was pretty awesome how much at ease he was
sitting on your table with the background drapes and your camera flashing at him.
Yyou made him so at ease that he held his positions for lots of shots,
so many great ones it was really hard to choose.
